Asymptora is an open source organization focused on Java software engineering for the financial domain. We work with modern Java (25 LTS), Spring Boot, Spring AI, LangChain4j, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build tools where the Java ecosystem has real gaps to fill.
All code is public, MIT licensed, and open to contributions.
The name comes from the mathematical asymptote: a curve that approaches a line infinitely without ever reaching it. That is how we think about excellence.
Beyond open source, Asymptora fosters a community of software engineers across multiple disciplines. A space for studying, sharing knowledge, and growing together as professionals. Open to anyone committed to the craft.
